TESTIMONIAL
"My best friend booked Phil for her amazing wedding. Moments after his arrival he felt like a long life friend. He blended in during bridal prep & made us feel so comfortable. Throughout the day he was supportive on a number of occasions making sure the bride (Aimee) was okay and calm and helped her however he could, providing her with reassurance throughout the day. I was fortunate enough to be a bridesmaid and honestly Phil got the most beautiful pictures! His personality is just fabulous too. He was so professional and you can tell that photography is his passion. You're magically gifted with a camera and combined with your brilliant personality/photography skills you make an incredible photographer. You will not be disappointed when you book Phil. He’s tremendous at what he does." - Amy Johnson
As a Lancashire wedding photographer I'm truly honoured to have photographed many weddings all over Lancashire. There's so many incredible venues to choose from. So where and how do you begin to do so?
I've captured so many weddings across this wonderful county now. So happy to be able to offer advice and guidance to couples on what may help them make their decision/make it easier for them to come to the conclusion of where they wish to get married. The best starting point can be wedding open days or evenings allowing you to explore the venues quite freely, giving you an essence of how your day would play out. Seeing where you may well be stood to exchange your vows, make your first toast as Mr & Mrs or knowing full well you'll tear up the dance floor where you stand with your wedding guests all adds to the experience and once you start to look at venues in person you almost immediately begin to be drawn towards what you'll favour. This can always bring about more questions and confusion though, so going with your gut feeling is the way forward. I was once told the best decisions are made as soon as you wake in the morning. An unbiased, untainted, uninfluenced decision about things is made best when you first rise. That's when your gut or your heart speak to you truthfully.
Having shot at a number of the Wedding venues across Lancashire I thought I'd share a list of some of the best ones I've had the privilege to shoot at.
In no particular order these are:
If you're considering more of an Earthly rustic feel to your wedding I have a comprehensive list of Best Barn Venues In The North West UK.
I loved writing my featured work as a Eaves Hall Wedding Photogrpaher which is definitely worth a read. Theres also a feature for you to view where I've captured beautiful weddings as a Mitton Hall Wedding Photogrpaher too.
As a rule I don't have favourites and feel confident saying if you are considering any of these Lancashire wedding venues, they all offer something unique and I don't believe you will be disappointed with your choice.
Now would be the ideal time to check out my availability. I'm always happy to hear about everyones wedding plans and see if I can play a part in capturing your wonderful memories on your big day. So let's grab a gin or whatever your tipple is and discuss your plans!
