As a Manchester wedding photographer I love shooting in city and I may be biased but it has to be one my favourite so far. It's such a fabulous place with so many different cultures; a hive of activity. Jodi & Chris wanted to do something a little adventurous and were totally open to suggestions. With that in mind we ventured out into Manchester's Northern Quarter to explore and create some wonderful pre wedding photos around the area.

Manchester wedding photography offers so many options as the city is a huge canvas for me to create unique pre wedding portraits. I feel like I'm a child in a playground with some many fun things to work with. Staying around Manchester's Northern Quarter we explored the high streets and alley ways. A contrast of colour and environments made for some of the most fun portraits I've taken. Pre wedding shoots are such a good opportunity for couples to get to know about me and my style. I'm really looking forward to capturing their special day at Singleton Lodge later this year. For me you don't need breathtaking backdrops and sensational sunsets (they help) but I prefer to work with my creativity to capture unique photos for my couples, documenting them as their day unfolds. I work with light, composition and moments to tell your story, this allows me to be as creative as possible.
