As an award-winning Manchester wedding photographer, I get to shoot at some stunning venues across the UK and the rest of the world. City weddings are awesome, but there’s still a special place in my heart for escaping to the countryside. Wedding photography at the Inn on the Lake is an absolute delight, and I can’t help but get a bit excited about the scenery, which is perfect for framing totally epic portraits!
The Inn on the Lake in Ullswater is a stylish and relaxed, luxury venue, with unbelievable views of the Helvellyn mountains. With open fires, five-star quality bedrooms and a range of flexible indoor and outdoor ceremony options, it’s one of the premier hotels in the area.
Whether you’re inviting along 100 guests or escaping with just a handful of your nearest and dearest (or just the dogs!), weddings at The Inn on the Lake can be tailored to your specific requirements. My signature documentary style and eye for an epic sunset and dramatic skyline means I will capture beautiful portraits as well as all of the emotion and fun of your wedding day. The Rambler’s Bar and Candle Room are a great place to get the party started, and a wedding breakfast in the Orangery can make the most of nearly 360-degree views.
The Fire Lounge and Lakeside Lounge provide chilled-out and cosy spaces for guests to relax with a drink or two. As your Inn on the Lake wedding photographer, I will be documenting all the smiles, hugs, and laughter as everyone celebrates. The big moments matter, but I also photograph the bits in between – all the real stuff that you might not have seen on the day. And where better place to make some memories?!
